Bodziak/Hayes offers the full range of design services necessary to envision and execute our client’s architectural ambitions. At our first design consultation, we’ll review the scope of work, budget, and timeline to develop a design work plan to guide the collaboration between the Architect and Owner. Whether new build, renovation, or adaptive reuse Bodziak/Hayes is adept at delivering design vision to commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

Architectural Design

Our team will work with you to establish a holistic design vision for your project that integrates the many disciplines contributing to building design. We will evolve the design from idea to completion. Throughout the design sequence, we will work closely with you to develop detailed construction drawings, aid in obtaining the necessary permits, and monitor the execution through the construction administration process.
Site Design

To aid in your site selection process, we are equipped to deliver you a decisive and thorough report on the developmental potential of any site. Our studies are informed by code research, climate analysis, and programmatic assessment, fortified by our extensive background in development. We can also extend this research into a concept design scheme that embodies the best utilization of the site.
Interior Design

Buildings are experienced fluidly from the outside to the inside, and as such the detailing of the interior spaces is integral to the final expression of any architectural project.
